Day of Rest

Today is Sunday, normally a day of rest for those who believe that God made the world in six days and rested on the seventh. Because it is the 10th Anniversary of September 11th attack on the Twin Towers, it has taken on a different meaning. It seems that today is a day of emotional unrest. For some it is an opportunity to remember those who died in the attack, innocent victims. It is also a day for honoring those heros who lost their lives trying to save others, brave men and women. For those left behind, the grief is theirs to bear in their own individual way. My thoughts are with those walking wounded - families, loved ones, and individuals who witnessed the tragedy. Will they be allowed, and be able, to move on with their lives?
